The banquette will measure 7'x 3'7" leaving room for the closet door to fully open.

The bench will be 18 3/4" deep, a nice comfortable deep bench.

The bench height will be 18" plus the cushion. That's about an inch higher than standard.

I added a bench overhang of 3/4" and recessed toe kick for seating comfort.

Inset drawer pulls are flush with the cabinet front--so you don't snag your clothes or bonk your shins.

I use Blum under-mount soft close drawer slides on all my drawers. They are the best I've ever used.

I recommend either an oil base paint or an alkyd (like Benjamin Moore Advance) to finish furniture that will get heavy use.
